I offer a range of music production, sound design and recording services to help start new projects, or enhance existing ones. Over the past thirteen years, I've worked with artists across a wide range of genres including afrobeat, melodic rock, drum & bass, trip-hop and dancehall.

Services include sound design, vocal recording, electronic music production and additional production, remixes, production consultancy and audio editing.

The soundtrack, written by Leon Bailey, encompasses the natural found sounds of wind and rain, blending in dance rhythm tracks, evocative minimalist piano and keyboard sounds, deep, brooding bass, and instruments such as the harp and guitar to fine and compelling effect.

Chromatic - Ravernator

Soul Intent's Lossless offshoot, Dope Plates, proves to be as trustworthy as ever, scoring an absolute winner with this jungly skank-out throwback from Chromatic; this one is easily the most enjoyable tune we've heard all month. Recalling classic jump up, the galloping snares and relentless warping wobble are just as infectious as the good-time funk samples and tickling jungle fills. It's a real dancefloor weapon.

Chromatic - Strings

Redeye's French Vandal project is banging out quality releases by the yardful. First up is the new Vandal LTD compilation, from which this sampler impresses from the moment those James Bond-style violins sashay onscreen. Sprighly, elegant liquid-funk breaks and energetic, soulful vocal echoes power the track along, but it's those modulated bass squiggles that keep us hooked. Sassy, textured dancefloor funk.

I conduct all production sessions at my studio space in Montpelier, Bristol. The studio is a fully acoustically treated, well equipped space for all music production tasks. It is also possible to attend a session at another venue, depending on your requirements.
